Prussia.Net’s office will be closed on Friday 26 January 2007 for the Australia Day public holiday. Support services will operate in “after hours” mode.

Services

Internet Hosting support will continue to operate 24/7, provided you file your support ticket through the Support Centre or via email to support@prussia.net.

General IT Support will only be available if work is booked in beforehand, or if after-hours support is provided as part of your Service Level Agreement.

Administration

The office will formally close at 5pm Sydney time on Thursday 25 January and re-open at 9am on Monday 29 January.
