Prussia.Net uses a selection of online systems to communicate with clients. We call these our “Client Tools”, and you’ll see icons linking to them at the top right of each web page, or in the “Client Tools” menu at the bottom right.
Our Support Centre is the hub of day-to-day client communication. Visit the Support Centre to open a new job ticket — for Internet hosting or IT support, sales or administration.
The Hosting Control Panel is where our Internet hosting clients manage their accounts — everything from creating a new email address to seeing how much traffic their website is getting. To log in, you’ll need your hosting account username and master password.
Prussia.Net is an authorised reseller of McAfeee Managed Services, including McAfee Total Defence for Small Business—integrated anti-virus, anti-spyware and personal firewall software for Windows. Use this part of the website to manage your security software.
If you engage Prussia.Net on a bigger project, you’ll use our Project Management System to stay in touch. We use a web-based system called Basecamp, a hosted application from the rising stars of software development, 37 Signals. To log in, you’ll need to use your username and password for the project system.
Our Webmail system allows Prussia.Net Internet hosting clients to check their email from anywhere on the Internet. To log in, you’ll need to use your full email address as the username, and your mailbox password.
